Job Overview

Infinity is seeking a highly motivated and driven sales professional to join our team. As a representative of a large, regional telecom provider, you will be responsible for selling fiberoptic internet services to consumers across a 20-state footprint.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Representing Infinity in an outbound acquisition sales role
  • Selling fiberoptic internet services to consumers
  • Contacting customers to establish needs and offer a better solution
  • Comparing and contrasting consumers' current internet speed and technology with Infinity's offers and promotions
  • Overcoming objections and painting a picture for customers
Requirements:
  • 6 months of call center experience preferred
  • 1 year of acquisition sales required, 3 years or more preferred, B2C experience a plus
  • Ability to maintain broad knowledge of Infinity's products and services
  • Internet navigation and applications skills
  • Ability to think on the fly and transition to overcome customer objections
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences by executing with energy and excellence
  • Ability to analyze, interpret and address customer needs
  • Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced team environment
Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Ability to lift up to 10 pounds, if necessary
