Job Title: Account Executive

Kellanova Co. is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to fill the role of Account Executive. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving business growth and development through strategic planning, relationship building, and sales execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand Kellanova Co.'s customer base.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Sales and Marketing: Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to promote Kellanova Co.'s products and services.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Collect and analyze data to inform business decisions and provide regular reporting to stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a related field, preferably in a business development or sales role.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
