Position Overview

The Sales Account Executive is tasked with promoting Nestlé products within retail and commercial environments, focusing on specific retailer or commercial categories.

Key Responsibilities

Product Management (40%)

  • Introduce additional product lines.
  • Resolve distribution gaps and secure secondary placements.
  • Ensure compliance with Planogram (POG) standards.
  • Identify and rectify Out of Stock (OOS) issues as flagged through Sales Reporting.

Placement Strategy (25%)

  • Confirm adherence to POG standards.
  • Position Point of Sale (POS) materials and Incentive Reward Coupons (IRCs) as needed.
  • Guarantee an appropriate product assortment at non-POG retailers.

Promotional Activities (15%)

  • Achieve or surpass promotional sales targets to reflect success metrics by promoting price reductions, displays, local events, POS, digital activations, and IRCs for all assigned accounts.
  • Ensure alignment with headquarters' promotional strategies by pre-selling and upselling display quantities while capturing additional sales opportunities.

Administrative Duties (15%)

  • Participate in all meetings as directed by your supervisor.
  • Review weekly deployment plans and prepare necessary information for each task.
  • Analyze Power BI reports to assess performance and take corrective actions as needed.

Communication (5%)

  • Share successes, competitor activities, and market insights on the designated platform.
  • Document all required information in the Nestlé Mobile Sales Application as necessary.

The Sales Account Executive will maintain the overall relationship with Nestlé, ensuring effective store deployment and execution. Regular business reviews with store leadership will be conducted to foster collaboration and share best practices.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is typically required.
  • A minimum of 1-2 years of successful experience in Retail Sales or Consumer Goods is preferred.
