Role Summary:
The Client Executive, Marketing Lead is tasked with developing and executing strategies for key regional accounts that hold significant strategic and revenue potential. This role is primarily focused on a select group of high-value accounts (large, multinational corporations) and is accountable for generating new business within these accounts, with a sales quota tailored to each specific client.

- Achieve sales quotas aligned with designated strategic accounts.
- Exhibit mastery in Gartner's internal sales methodologies.
- Demonstrate proficiency in large account planning and territory management.

- Maintain a keen awareness of competitive landscape and market trends.
- Exercise fiscal responsibility in managing expenses.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of Gartner's offerings and services.
- Support the product marketing function, including responsibilities typically associated with the Chief Marketing Officer.
Qualifications:
- 10-15 years of external experience with a proven track record in consultative sales, ideally within the high technology sector (services, software, or hardware).
- Ability to cultivate and manage relationships with C-level executives and senior leaders in large multinational firms.
- Demonstrated intellect, drive, executive presence, and sales expertise.
- Proven success in building strong client relationships, providing valuable insights and strategic guidance.
- Ability to comprehend enterprise-wide challenges and design innovative, integrated solutions that support IT decision-making for global organizations.
- Thorough understanding of technology purchasing dynamics.
- Extensive industry knowledge relevant to specific vertical markets.
- Strong proficiency in computer applications.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Capability to create and deliver impactful presentations to decision-makers at the executive level.
- Language proficiency as dictated by regional requirements.
- Bachelor's degree is preferred; advanced degrees are a plus.
- Expertise in marketing is advantageous.
