About the Role
Everlaw is on the lookout for a seasoned Strategic Account Executive who embodies our core values of meticulousness, self-driven standards, transparent communication, and customer respect. In this pivotal role, you will focus on uncovering and securing new business opportunities within Fortune 1000 companies.

Your Responsibilities
As a Strategic Account Executive, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business prospects, leveraging your expertise in prospecting, pipeline generation, and conducting discovery calls.
  • Executing effective sales presentations and negotiations, showcasing a proven history of closing significant deals with large enterprises.
  • Utilizing your deep knowledge of value-based selling and SaaS solutions to articulate the benefits of our offerings to clients and partners.
  • Expanding our presence in existing accounts while establishing new relationships, demonstrating how Everlaw can address their eDiscovery and litigation requirements.

Work Environment
This is a full-time, exempt position that supports a hybrid work model.

Onboarding and Growth
We aim to integrate you into our team seamlessly, providing comprehensive training on our products, policies, and organizational structure. We value your experience and look forward to your contributions from day one.

Key Qualifications
To thrive in this role, you should possess:

  • A successful track record in selling SaaS platforms to new accounts, with a history of exceeding quotas.
  • At least 10 years of experience in Enterprise or Strategic SaaS sales.
  • A proactive approach to building your own sales pipeline and a strong motivation to achieve personal and team goals.
  • Exceptional skills in needs analysis and the ability to present findings to senior leadership.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to engage with clients and colleagues.

Preferred Experience
Experience in selling legal technologies and familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC are advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits
The expected On Target Earnings (OTE) for this position is $310,000, with a base salary of $155,000. Additional benefits include:
