Position Overview:
As an Executive Administrative Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our leadership team. Your organizational skills and attention to detail will be essential in managing schedules and facilitating effective communication.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and develop documents and presentations for meetings.
  • Organize and prioritize executive schedules based on strategic objectives.
  • Manage calendars, plan meetings, and coordinate videoconference calls.
  • Create and distribute professional correspondence in both traditional and electronic formats.
  • Communicate on behalf of executives with stakeholders, clients, and colleagues as needed.
  • Prepare and reconcile expense reports and corporate credit card statements.
  • Thrive in a dynamic environment, managing multiple tasks and shifting priorities efficiently.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships through strong interpersonal skills.
  • Exhibit exceptional planning and organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail.

  • Utilize advanced computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications such as PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
