    • Conduct regular performance reviews to assess staff performance and provide feedback for improvement.

Requirements
  • Education and Certification
    • Administrator Certification through Social Services.
    • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience and Skills
    • Minimum of two years' experience in healthcare.
    • Strong leadership and management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Physical Requirements
    • Ability to sit, stand, and walk intermittently.
    • Ability to lift up to 25lbs.
