We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Coronis Health. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities.
Key Responsibilities- Administrative Support
- Provide administrative assistance to our team, including preparing reports, correspondence, and other documents.
- Manage calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, and make reservations as needed.
- Reporting and Data Analysis
- Assist in creating monthly management reports for clients.
- Responsible for maintaining monthly client reports.
- Meet ad-hoc reporting needs.
- Communication and Correspondence
- Prepare materials for client meetings, conference calls, and other events.
- Prepare agendas and minutes for client meetings.
- Track agenda follow-up materials to client meetings from various sources.
- Calendar Management
- Manage calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, and make reservations as needed.
- Documentation and Records
- Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documents.
- 3+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant.
- Extremely organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Analytically oriented and able to communicate findings both verbally and in writing.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain high-level confidentiality.
The physical requirements for this position include sitting, talking, and hearing for extended periods. The ability to stand, walk, push/pull, bend, stoop, kneel, and reach on a regular basis is also required. Repetitive hand motions, including fingering, grasping, and handling, are frequent. The ability to read handwritten and typed documents on paper and/or on computer screens is necessary.
