A reputable property management company is seeking a skilled Administrative Specialist to join their dynamic team. This role is responsible for providing administrative support to the Community Services department, ensuring seamless clerical operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage applications related to co-occupancies, dependent children/grandchildren, passive businesses, move-in/move-out records, address changes, and opt-out forms
  • Communicate effectively with customers through regular interactions
  • Perform responsible clerical and record-keeping work

Requirements:

  • Proven data entry experience and proficiency
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong multitasking skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
  • General administration skills

Compensation: Up to $22.84 per hour
