Director of Growth and Expansion

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2-5 years of business development experience, preferably within the architecture, design, or construction industries. They will possess a proven history of achieving and exceeding sales targets and securing high-value projects.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing and executing a comprehensive business development and communication strategy aligned with AiF's growth objectives
* Identifying new business opportunities, market trends, and potential clients to expand AiF's reach and influence
* Establishing strategies and initiative-taking efforts in finding and pursuing business opportunities
* Supporting efforts to secure new projects, from bespoke residential designs to large-scale affordable housing developments and commercial installations
* Managing communications across all platforms including website, newsletter, and social media
A strong understanding of the architectural design process and project lifecycle is an advantage. Experience with CRM software and other business development tools is also preferred.
