About the Role:
This is a full-time position responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth and market expansion in the US. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll manage and mentor a team of Account Executives and Customer Success Managers, ensuring their success in meeting targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your expertise will help us continue to disrupt the soundtracking industry and push the boundaries of what's possible.

Your Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and market expansion in the US.
* Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve their goals and exceed expectations.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives and decision-makers at client organizations.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and drive solution adoption.
* Analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to drive results.

What We Offer:
* A competitive salary range: $180,000 - $220,000 per annum (dependent on experience).

Requirements:
* 10+ years of experience in sales leadership, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market share.
* Strong knowledge of the B2B technology industry and its trends.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
* Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and sales analytics tools.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree or MBA preferred).
