Client Development Specialist Role

We're looking for an ambitious and results-driven Client Development Specialist to join our US team as we expand into the new market. This role involves managing the sales cycle, defining the Ideal Customer Persona, leading demos, and driving new business acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full sales cycle from building relationships to negotiation and contracting
  • Define the Ideal Customer Persona for the mid-market by setting hypotheses, taking action, and adjusting as needed
  • Lead demos of our product offering to various stakeholders
  • Drive new business acquisition and expand existing accounts through upsell and cross-sell, ensuring high renewal rates
  • Understand customer use cases to align them with our solutions and identify new sales opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to share customer feedback and insights to improve the product and customer experience

Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience as an Account Executive or 2+ years of experience as a Sales Development Representative at a B2B SaaS company
  • Experience owning a book of business with a focus on upsells, cross-sells, and expansion opportunities is preferred
  • A strong sense of intellectual curiosity and the ability to discover the why behind prospects' needs
  • A fast-paced and dynamic environment with a high-growth Sales team
  • Understanding the value of excellent customer service
  • Well-organized with strong time management skills
  • Experience exceeding a sales quota
