About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Channel Corp. as an Enterprise Sales Representative and be a key player in our US expansion strategy. As a Mid-Market Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle from building relationships with key stakeholders to negotiation and contracting. You will define our Ideal Customer Persona (ICP) for the mid-market by proactively setting hypotheses, taking action, and adjusting as needed.

Key responsibilities include leading demos of Channel Talk's product offering to various stakeholders, driving new business acquisition and expanding existing accounts through upsell and cross-sell, ensuring high renewal rates. You will also understand customer use cases to align them with Channel Talk's solutions, identifying new sales opportunities. Additionally, you will collaborate with internal teams to share key customer feedback and insights to improve the overall product and customer experience.

The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience as an Account Executive or 2+ years of experience as a Sales Development Representative at a B2B SaaS company. Experience owning a book of business, with a focus on upsells, cross-sells, and expansion opportunities is preferred. A strong sense of intellectual curiosity and a drive to discover the 'why' behind prospects' needs are essential. The successful candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be excited to be part of a high-growth Sales team as we scale.
