  • Foster relationships with existing clients to promote and secure orders.
  • Adhere to company policies and safety protocols while understanding the container concept.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
  • Assist customers in selecting products tailored to their specific needs.
  • Oversee inventory levels across storage areas and maintain organization.

Essential Duties:

  • Demonstrate products and services to clients, aiding them in choosing the most suitable footwear for their requirements.

  • Facilitate order processing, manage shipments, and prepare for upcoming fittings.

  • Engage in light travel within the region for on-site fittings when required.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3+ years of experience in retail sales is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently during on-site fittings.
  • Strong time management skills and the capacity to multitask effectively.
  • Proven success in generating sales.
  • Demonstrated commitment to customer service excellence.
  • Ability to build and sustain relationships and drive sales in person.
  • Sound judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Effective presentation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Maintain up-to-date sales materials and product knowledge.

Requirements:
