HR Coordinator

About the Role:
The Molson Coors Beverage Company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our Global Business Services team in Milwaukee. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a critical role in coordinating interview processes with internal and external stakeholders, providing administrative support to various HR areas, and supporting the execution of hiring initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate interviews for candidates, send confirmations to candidates and interviewers, and provide interview materials while adhering to SLA requirements.
- Identify opportunities to streamline business processes by modifying or creating procedural documentation. Work with Global Business Services, HR, and business teams to define and communicate processes.
- Create and maintain standard operating procedures, process maps, FAQ's, job aids, etc.
- Build and maintain strong and effective relationships by collaborating with business unit and department team members to foster trust, commitment, accountability, and results.
Requirements:
- You have a High School diploma or GED.
- You have experience (3+ years) in administrative roles and at least 1 year of experience in HR.
- You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities.
- You build relationships and collaborate to get to the desired outcome.
