About the Role

Molson Coors is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our Global Business Services team in Milwaukee. As an HR Coordinator, you will play a critical role in coordinating interview processes, providing administrative support to various HR areas, and contributing to the execution of hiring initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interview Coordination: Coordinate interviews for candidates, send confirmations to candidates and interviewers, and provide interview materials while adhering to SLA requirements.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline business processes by modifying or creating procedural documentation. Work with Global Business Services, HR, and business teams to define and communicate processes.
  • Documentation and Communication: Create and maintain standard operating procedures, process maps, FAQ's, job aids, etc.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong and effective relationships by collaborating with business unit and department team members to foster trust, commitment, accountability, and results.
Requirements
  • Education: High School diploma or GED
  • Experience: 3+ years in administrative roles and at least 1 year of experience in HR
  • Skills: Ability to complete complex projects quickly and adeptly, understanding of business priorities, relationship building, and accountability for results
