Position Overview

As a Sales Advisor, your primary focus will be on enhancing account development, driving revenue growth, and exploring regional and national expansion opportunities. You will serve as the market and account specialist for client executives and the internal sales team as we scale our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with a team of Sales Advisors to engage directly with customers for a specific client account.
  • Evaluate the sales pipeline and provide consistent updates on campaign status to accurately forecast growth.
  • Proactively identify and connect with new potential accounts through individual sales initiatives to boost market presence and surpass sales objectives.
  • Manage the sales pipeline effectively from lead generation to closing sales and establishing a referral-based sales network.
  • Deliver sales results and create new revenue streams through prospecting, lead generation strategies, and cross-selling initiatives.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and consumer purchasing behaviors, sharing insights with the Sales Department and internal leadership.
  • Utilize your leadership skills to inspire change, enhance performance, and cultivate high-performing sales teams.

Candidate Profile:

  • A bachelor's degree is preferred but not mandatory.
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, account management, or a client-facing role.
  • Experience in leadership, mentorship, or coaching with a focus on developing and supporting high-performance teams.
  • Able to positively influence others' attitudes and motivations through empathy, compassion, and accountability.
  • A visionary mindset with the ability to set realistic targets for achieving success.
  • Known for decisiveness and a strong work ethic in pursuing goals.
