Therefore, we are seeking to enhance our Sales team by welcoming a Junior Sales Representative for Verizon. The selected candidate will undergo comprehensive training from seasoned members of our Sales Team to gain a thorough understanding of the role. Upon demonstrating proficiency, there will be opportunities for additional training and career advancement.

Key Responsibilities of a Junior Sales Representative for Verizon:

  • Engage directly with customers to address inquiries, alleviate concerns, navigate objections, and finalize sales when necessary.
  • Adhere to all client compliance and safety guidelines during customer interactions, prioritizing the well-being of all parties involved.
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of client products and services to effectively educate customers.
  • Receive training from experienced Sales Team members to master the entry-level aspects of the position.
  • Participate in daily team meetings and training sessions to remain informed and up-to-date.
  • Collaborate closely with fellow Junior Sales Representatives to meet and exceed sales objectives.

Qualifications for a Junior Sales Representative for Verizon:

  • High school diploma or GED is preferred, though not mandatory.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business or Economics is advantageous.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or other client-facing roles is desirable.
  • A strong desire to learn and the ability to be mentored by senior team members.
  • A commitment to success and a drive to surpass minimum expectations.
  • The capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
