Position Summary
As a Retail Sales Associate at H&M, you will play a vital role in guiding our customers to find their perfect style. This position, also known internally as a Sales Advisor, is focused on providing the Best Customer Experience, which is essential for driving the store's sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
In your daily activities, you will:

  • Warmly greet and engage customers in both service areas and on the sales floor to ensure an exceptional shopping experience.
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, which includes folding, hanging, displaying, and merchandising products according to H&M standards to enhance selling opportunities.
  • Assist with the unloading of delivery trucks, receiving, opening, and unpacking merchandise, and labeling items with security tags efficiently.
  • Process, stock, and replenish merchandise on the sales floor and in the stockroom.
  • Handle transactions at the register, issue receipts, and package merchandise appropriately following best practices.
  • Promote and educate customers about our H&M Loyalty program.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to foster a positive work environment by sharing knowledge and offering assistance.
  • Adhere to H&M standards and local regulations regarding health, safety, and security to ensure the safety of yourself, your colleagues, and customers.
  • Follow all safety and administrative procedures in all areas of the store.

Compensation
Sales Associates start at $12.50 per hour.
