Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled RV Demo Advisor to join our team at Blue Compass RV. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for educating customers on the proper use and maintenance of their new RVs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Prep Manager to ensure a seamless demonstration experience for customers.
  • Assist in the preparation and cleaning of RVs prior to customer demonstrations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a fun and educational experience for customers during demonstrations.
  • Identify and report any customer concerns or issues during demonstrations.
  • Guide customers through the purchase of RV accessories and products, and coordinate installation with the Prep Manager.
  • Complete additional tasks assigned by the Prep Manager as needed.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in the RV industry or owning an RV is preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
