Position Overview
As a Retail Sales Associate at H&M, you will play a crucial role in advising customers and ensuring they remain fashionable. This position, also known internally as a Sales Advisor, is pivotal in delivering an exceptional customer experience that enhances the store's sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and engage customers actively in service areas and on the sales floor to ensure an outstanding shopping experience.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including folding, hanging, displaying, and merchandising garments according to H&M standards to optimize sales opportunities.
- Assist with the unloading of delivery trucks, receiving, opening, and unpacking merchandise, and labeling items with security tags within designated timelines.
- Process, stock, and replenish garments on the sales floor and in the stockroom efficiently.
- Operate the cash register, manage transactions, issue receipts, and package merchandise appropriately following best practices.
- Promote the H&M Loyalty program to customers enthusiastically.
- Collaborate with colleagues by sharing knowledge and skills to foster a positive work environment.
- Adhere to H&M standards and local regulations regarding health, safety, and security to ensure the safety of yourself, colleagues, and customers at all times.
- Follow all procedures related to safety, security, and administrative processes throughout the store.

Compensation
Sales Associates start at $12.50 per hour.

Qualifications
- A passion for customer service and assisting individuals in finding their style.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- An inclusive, positive, creative mindset, and a willingness to learn on the job.
- A team player with a flexible approach.
- Capability to lift over 20 pounds and stand for extended periods.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
