Job Overview

Position Summary:
Envision Motors of Milpitas is on the lookout for a personable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will possess a cheerful demeanor, outstanding communication abilities, and a keen interest in the automotive sector.

As the first point of contact for our clientele, you will be instrumental in delivering top-notch customer service.


Compensation & Benefits:
This is a full-time, hourly role within the automotive industry. We provide a robust benefits package that encompasses health coverage, retirement options, and paid leave.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and assist customers, addressing inquiries and guiding them to the correct department.
  • Handle incoming phone calls and direct them to the relevant team member.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Provide assistance with customer concerns, ensuring excellent service at all times.
  • Keep the reception and café areas tidy and organized.
  • Perform clerical duties such as data entry, filing, and document organization.
  • Support other departments as required.

Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in a receptionist or customer service capacity.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and fundamental computer skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Availability to work full-time hours, including weekends.
