Position Overview:
Envision Motors of Milpitas is in search of a courteous and professional Customer Service Ambassador. The primary role of the Customer Service Ambassador is to warmly welcome and assist clients in a respectful and efficient manner.

This position requires availability from Monday to Wednesday and Friday to Saturday, with Thursdays off, during the hours of 7am to 4pm.

Compensation & Benefits:
As a Customer Service Ambassador at Envision Motors of Milpitas, you will receive a competitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package. This includes hourly wages and potential bonuses based on individual performance. Employees will also have access to benefits such as health insurance and retirement plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome all clients in a friendly manner and guide them to the appropriate department or individual
  • Help manage client flow and wait times in the service area
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure exceptional customer service

Qualifications:

  • A valid driver's license is required
  • Previous experience in customer service is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential
  • Ability to maintain composure and professionalism in high-pressure situations
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with office equipment are necessary
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 10 pounds
  • Availability to work weekends and evenings as required.
