Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic business plans to drive revenue growth and expansion in your region
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your expertise and network to drive growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform business decisions
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 7 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field
- Proven track record of success in driving business growth and expansion
- Strong understanding of the financial services industry and market trends
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Competitive base salary: $150,000 - $175,000 per year
