The Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as an Enterprise Sales Director. In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying and developing new sales opportunities, providing product solutions, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining positive relationships to maximize sales for the company. You'll introduce our products and services to new and existing customers, develop and manage accurate sales and revenue forecasts, and manage quota funnels.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop and execute a sales strategy to identify and pursue new Enterprise sales opportunities.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with acquired and existing customers to attain additional business and retain existing revenue.
  3. Develop action plans to cross-sell and up-sell accounts to increase overall total customer spend with the company.
  4. Stay up-to-date with new technologies and selling points, including enhancing expertise in our entire product suite.
  5. Provide comprehensive account plans and strategies to win new business from new and existing accounts.
  6. Deliver accurate and detailed weekly forecast funnels of identified and proposed opportunities to meet or exceed sales quota requirements.
What We Look For in a Candidate

We're looking for a self-motivated, pro-active, and results-oriented professional with a strong background in sales. You'll need to have a minimum of 5 years of industry sales experience, with a proven track record of success. You'll also need to have excellent communication, written, and formal presentation skills, as well as proficiency in selling to the close. Knowledge of the telecom industry's competitive landscape is a plus.

The starting salary for this role will be based on the employee's primary work location.
