Position Title: Branch Manager

Classification: Exempt

Department: Retail Banking

Salary Range: $68,000 - $85,000 annually plus incentives, based on experience.

Role Purpose

The Branch Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of employee development, operational functions, and processes within the designated retail location, aligning with HFCU's mission. This role involves motivating and guiding a team to achieve both monthly and annual objectives while ensuring adherence to service standards.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Exhibit a thorough understanding of HFCU's mission, vision, and core values, along with proficiency in HFCU's products and services.
  2. Demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment to leading the branch, providing support and guidance to team members through regular performance discussions.
  3. Engage with employee development initiatives and collaborate with training departments to enhance team engagement.
  4. Communicate effectively with department leaders to foster a supportive network.
  5. Ensure that member service standards are consistently met through effective coaching and development of team members.
  6. Analyze branch performance trends and collaborate with business intelligence to identify growth opportunities.
  7. Manage all aspects of branch operations, ensuring timely completion of tasks and adherence to operational standards.
  8. Plan and execute activities aimed at achieving monthly goals, including community engagement initiatives.
  9. Oversee the branch's financial budget, managing expenses and profitability.
  10. Maintain a safe work environment, adhering to all security and audit requirements.
Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree with three to five years of experience in a managerial role within the financial sector, or a comparable combination of education and experience.

Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and possess extensive experience in customer service, employee management, and community development.

Abilities: Strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and a commitment to fostering a positive work environment.
