Position Overview:

Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated success in sales and team development, with the flexibility to work various shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
  • A college degree in a relevant field or a minimum of two years of prior experience in retail management, marketing, or sales is required.
  • Ability to set objectives, prioritize tasks, analyze business performance, propose new ideas, and delegate effectively.
  • Adept at problem-solving, capable of thinking quickly, mediating conflicts, and fostering compromise.
  • Build trust and rapport, developing positive relationships with employees and customers.
  • Strong customer service orientation with effective communication skills for interacting with clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
  • Exhibit excellent leadership abilities, inspiring and motivating staff while cultivating a strong team culture.
  • Maintain confidentiality of client information.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in achieving retail/service sales goals and interpreting sales reports.
