We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Relationship Banker to join our team at LCNB National Bank. As a key member of our Branch Operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, processing transactions, and promoting our bank's products and services.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide superior service to our customers, responding to their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their needs are met.
- Cash Handling: Maintain and balance cash drawers, ensure accurate and efficient processing of transactions, and maintain a high level of cash handling accuracy.
- Product Promotion: Promote and advise customers on our bank's products and services, identifying referral opportunities and making relevant referrals.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with other team members and areas of the bank to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent (required)
- Experience: Customer service experience (preferred), cash handling experience (preferred)
- Skills: Professionalism, strong basic computer skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, cash handling, accuracy and attention to detail, customer-focused, team player, ability to think, reason, and communicate clearly
- Physical Demands: Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time, occasionally move/traverse to access files and equipment, constantly operate a computer and other office productivity machinery
- Travel: Occasionally will need to travel up to a 30-mile radius
