Job Overview

Agility Technologies Inc. is seeking a seasoned Business Development Director to lead our Federal-Civilian Accounts growth strategy. As a key member of our Growth team, you will contribute to high growth in assigned accounts by leveraging relationships and insight to identify, capture, and win new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute account strategies and detailed roadmaps to achieve company goals
  • Collaborate across Operational Teams, Solutions/Technical Teams, and Bid and Proposal organization to build and manage a healthy pipeline of new business opportunities
  • Develop and maintain strong, current relationships with federal agencies and identify new contacts
  • Lead capture of opportunities between $10 and $100M and demonstrate leadership in winning opportunities
Requirements and Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience working in the Federal Government Contracting community
  • 4+ years of experience in Business Development, Capture Management, and/or Program Management/Administration
  • Strong account development and management experience with demonstrated sales performance of $25M/year
  • Demonstrated understanding of Civilian Agencies organization, priorities, and strategic direction
  • Recent relationships and experience working with leaders of Fed Civilian Agencies such as USDA, NSF, DOJ, and DHA
