Director of Business Development

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
  • Manage sales pipelines, forecasts, and performance metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives
Requirements:
  • 3-7 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate complex sales scenarios
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree or equivalent
