Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to achieve high levels of performance.

Excellent culinary skills, with the ability to prepare and present high-quality food products.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, management, and guests.
