Sous Chef Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in an upscale, scratch-kitchen concept
  • Strong understanding of kitchen systems, processes, and best practices
  • Proven ability to foster a fun, engaging, and collaborative team environment

  • Commitment to culinary excellence and outstanding guest service

Sous Chef Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide hands-on support and guidance to kitchen staff
  • Conduct daily line checks to ensure food quality and presentation
  • Uphold kitchen best practices, adhering to established food safety and sanitation standards
  • Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations to deliver consistently great guest experiences
  • Cultivate a positive and inclusive restaurant culture based on integrity and teamwork
