At The Weather Company, we're looking for a seasoned Account Executive to develop and grow our advertising business in the assigned geographic territory. As an ideal candidate, you'll have 5+ years of outside media sales experience, with at least 3 years in digital ad sales. Your role will involve managing client relationships, scheduling presentations, developing proposals, and achieving individual revenue goals for TWC digital. You'll work closely with internal teams to identify potential customers and provide solutions that optimize customer satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a strong track record in full sales cycle experience, we'd love to hear from you.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year

The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, as well as knowledge of local contacts at agency and advertiser levels. Your qualifications should include proposal writing experience, a background in advertising agencies, and proficiency in identifying and establishing prospect lists. As a collaborative team player, you'll be able to work effectively with marketing associates, lead trafficking efforts, and communicate with all stakeholders to achieve superior customer service.
