Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing a plan to meet business objectives, anticipating and identifying complex underwriting/marketing problems, and making timely, practical decisions
- Working collaboratively with other business units to support market penetration objectives and cross-sell opportunities
- Coaching and mentoring less experienced employees, developing their skills and knowledge to drive business success
We offer a competitive salary range of $140,000 - $200,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
