About the Role:

Salary and Benefits:
We offer a base guaranteed salary of $52,500 per year, plus competitive uncapped commissions starting at 4%, payable every month, and market competitive insurance and health benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
* Promote our language services to law firms and build lasting relationships.
* Manage top accounts and develop sales and networking strategies to develop new business.
* Build a productive pipeline and manage each phase of the sales process.
* Monitor client satisfaction levels with delivery, quality, and customer service.

Requirements:
* 5 years of proven experience selling and/or working in the legal industry.
* Outstanding customer service and relationship management abilities.
* Proven track record in achieving sales targets.
* Comfortable working with CRM systems.
* Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
* Self-starter with high initiative.
* Flexibility/adaptability.
* Organization and time management skills.
* Problem-solving and analytical skills.
* Teamwork mindset.
