Northeast Business Development Representative

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team at Behrens & Associates Environmental Noise Control. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing new strategic accounts, maintaining and building relationships with key clients, and driving sales growth in the Northeast territory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow revenue in the Northeast territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including decision-makers and influencers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including developing and presenting proposals and pitches.
  • Collaborate with the sales and business development team to share best practices and drive sales growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and communicate this information to the sales team.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of sales and business development experience in the acoustical services industry.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to travel throughout the Northeast region, with a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
