The ideal candidate will possess strong sales, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask and perform at a high level.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to drive business growth
- Initiate and manage marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness
- Train and educate account managers to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Provide strategic planning and guidance to clients to achieve their business objectives
- Analyze claims data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Conduct sales calls and presentations to secure new business and retain existing clients
- Provide loss analysis and recommendations to clients to minimize risk
- Collaborate with producers to develop and implement effective sales strategies
Requirements
- Current GA Property & Casualty License is required
- CPCU, CIC, or ARM Designations are preferred
- High school graduate; college education preferred but not required
- 8-10 years of experience in sales and marketing
- Strong marketing techniques and organizational skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Extensive computer skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze data
- Extensive knowledge of markets and industry trends

This is a hybrid position located in the metro Atlanta area.
