Business Development Representative

This is an exciting opportunity for an early-career professional looking to develop their career in B2B sales. As a Business Development Representative at IST Management Services, Inc., you will drive revenue for new and existing business in eDiscovery and Litigation support sales.
Key Responsibilities- Develop new business and expand existing business by establishing and maintaining contacts, including cold calling and prospecting.
- Work in tandem with the Regional Vice President to maintain a healthy pipeline of sales opportunities and achieve activity goals on a monthly and yearly basis.
- Make compelling presentations to decision-makers, internally and externally.
- Participate in networking events to expand business relationships.
- Continually learn and stay aware of the latest trends in legal technology.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $65,000, plus bonuses for scheduled qualified meetings and issued Statements of Work. Our benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), LTD/STD, identity theft protection, parental leave, pet insurance, and more.
Training and DevelopmentThis position begins with a paid, 2-week sales training program, which includes in-person training at our corporate office in Atlanta, Georgia, and remote training with your Regional Vice President. After training, this is a remote and schedule-autonomous position, with the expectation of in-person appointments with prospects and clients as needed.
Career PathAs a Business Development Representative, you will work in tandem with your Regional Vice President to prospect and set appointments, and attend subsequent meetings throughout the sales cycle. With performance, you will be eligible for promotion to National Account Manager, an independent sales position with a full commission structure. Commission for National Account Managers and more senior sales positions ranges up to 16%, and is uncapped.
