Smash My Trash Northeast & Central Massachusetts is a pioneering company that is transforming the commercial waste industry. We provide innovative mobile waste compaction services to manufacturing, distribution, transportation, and service customers, helping them reduce costs and environmental impact while improving operational efficiency and site safety.

Our business model is built on proprietary technology that compacts waste in open-top dumpsters, increasing capacity by up to 70% and saving customers 20%+ on waste hauling. We service most of our customers through a routed schedule with recurring contracts.

As a sales representative, you will be a key player in our growth strategy, responsible for accelerating our sales efforts and driving customer satisfaction and retention. You will interact with current and prospective customers in a professional and friendly manner, utilizing software systems to track interactions, maintain a pipeline, book service demonstrations, and develop KPI trackers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform the entire sales cycle, from scouting to closing, and post-close monitoring
  • Spending 90%+ of your time cold calling customers both in-person and over the phone
  • Collaborating with the team to develop new sales strategies and tactics
  • Utilizing software systems to track interactions and maintain a pipeline
