Job Summary: The Senior Account Executive Lead will be responsible for maintaining a complex book of business from inception through ongoing renewals. This role will also focus on leading the Client Service team to achieve the best possible placement and retention results.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop deep industry knowledge in verticals such as transportation, aviation, equine, oil & gas, construction, agriculture, and healthcare to provide specialized services.
  • Hold strong relationships with carriers and underwriters on a national, super-regional, and regional scale.
  • Demonstrate a proven ability to strategically market new and renewal accounts to maintain corporate placement goals.
  • Mentor, direct and guide Account Executives, Account Managers, and Account Assistants to continually educate on best practices and policies.
  • Drive direct client growth by regularly analyzing and auditing accounts for the potential to round out existing business.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • 5-20 years of progressive, successful AE experience and support; majority must be within a brokerage.
  • Deep expertise, market relationships, and strong visibility in the insurance marketplace.
  • Proven progressive track record in driving new business results.
  • A consultative, positive, and resourceful approach to dealing with prospects, clients, and associates.
  • Highly developed organization and time management skills.
  • Strong listening, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Compensation: $200,000 - $300,000 depending on experience
