Senior Account Executive

Position Overview:
The Senior Account Executive plays a pivotal role in direct sales, focusing on both client retention and expansion through contract growth and the introduction of innovative products and services. This position involves consulting with senior executives to devise and execute a comprehensive strategy that enhances the value derived from Gartner's offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage client accounts to boost satisfaction, retention, and growth.
- Responsible for achieving a quota exceeding $800,000 in contract value across a portfolio of major accounts.
- Exhibit mastery in the execution of Gartner's established sales methodologies.
- Conduct thorough account planning and territory management.
- Ensure forecast accuracy on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Maintain a strong competitive awareness and focus.
- Possess an in-depth understanding of Gartner's suite of products and services.
Qualifications:
- 8-15 years of demonstrated experience in consultative sales, ideally within high technology sectors, showcasing a history of sales success.
- Exhibit strong intellect, drive, executive presence, and sales expertise.
- Proven ability to cultivate exceptional relationships with C-level executives in large enterprises.
- Demonstrate proficiency in computer skills and effective presentation capabilities.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the entire sales process lifecycle.
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree is preferred.
