Business Development Coordinator

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Development Coordinator to join our team at Carolina Kia of High Point. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Send initial text messages to fresh leads and assign them to a salesperson
- Monitor same-day leads constantly for response and salesperson action, and check on sales overdue tasks
- Follow up on previous day internal leads and review
- Compose professional emails to customers
- Update guest contact information on each call
- Check and clean Manager's review list
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Experience with CDK is a plus, but not required
- Computer skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in the automotive industry is a plus, but not required
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Willing to submit to a pre-screen background check and drug screen
