Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Package Coordinator to join our team at Paychex. As a key member of our fulfillment operations team, you will be responsible for assembling payroll packages for delivery and performing other fulfillment-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble payroll packages according to client number and prepare for delivery to clients in order to meet quality and production time line expectations.
  • Operate various types of office equipment (mail metering, shipping PC's, insertion equipment, etc.) to ensure timely processing of payrolls or client packages.
  • Coordinate and perform timely daily posting of mail and overnight labels to schedules.
  • Complete all package confirmations and checklists in order to maintain accurate tracking and security of package flow and location.
  • Comply with all security and audit procedures as required by procedures and policy in order to protect client information.
  • Record and escalate issues to appropriate parties to ensure that output is not missing or incorrect.
  • Maintain readiness of all distribution equipment including regular cleaning and user maintenance, and coordinate vendor maintenance when required in order to meet production requirements.
  • Stage packaging supplies as necessary in order to maintain production readiness.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, including inventory, assembling quarterly packages, and may include back-up computer operations.

Work Schedule

Shift for this role may vary based on business need. Typical hours will be: 20 hours per week Multiple schedules available 3 to 4 days per week Monday - Wednesday 12:00 pm - 7:30 pm Monday - Thursday 1:30 pm - 7:00pm Tuesday and Wednesday 1:00PM-6:30PM Thursday and Friday 2:00PM-6:00PM
