We are a mobile primary care, palliative care, and hospice service provider with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care. Our clinicians visit patients in their homes, providing a continuum of care for those with chronic conditions and limited mobility.
As a Medical Assistant Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our patients and caregivers. Your responsibilities will include developing patient care plans, providing empathetic support, and ensuring seamless communication with medical professionals.
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to navigate multiple software applications. Previous healthcare experience and a background in handling inbound and outbound calls are highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement patient care plans
- Provide empathetic support to patients and caregivers
- Ensure seamless communication with medical professionals
- Navigate multiple software applications
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of clinical experience preferred
- CMA or CCMA certification required
