We are a leading logistics company committed to recruiting, developing, and retaining a contemporary workforce.

The Inside Sales Account Manager's main goal is to generate new business revenue through market research, identifying opportunities, and developing innovative solutions to close new accounts.

This includes daily contact with current customers and building business-to-business relationships through service, communication, and product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities
Solicit current customers for freight
Solicit new customers for freight
Provide load coverage, service, and available capacity with margins
Provide new solutions to customers via mode change or specialized services
Provide service updates to customers based on their requests
Assist in pricing-based solutions on customer knowledge
Perform other related duties as required or assigned
Self-initiated and motivated to deliver high-quality results
Time management and prospecting skills
Work in an office atmosphere with effective communication and interaction
Work independently and assist in group projects

Requirements
A Bachelor's Degree or higher is preferred but not required.
General computer skills including Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, and Outlook
Must be able to pass a background check.
