Role Objective: As a Client Relationship Manager, you will be tasked with identifying new business prospects while managing and enhancing existing client relationships. This position necessitates a strategic approach, exceptional communication abilities, and a profound understanding of client requirements to deliver solutions that create value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Discover and pursue new business opportunities through inbound inquiries, networking, and proactive outreach. Formulate strategies to broaden the client base and penetrate new markets. Become well-versed in Straker's offerings and inform clients about the advantages of our comprehensive service portfolio.
  • Account Management: Act as the primary liaison for current clients, maintaining consistent communication to comprehend their evolving needs and challenges. Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations. Serve as a trusted advisor, offering strategic insights and recommendations to assist clients in achieving their business goals.
  • Client Retention and Expansion: Develop strategies to boost client satisfaction and retention rates. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to existing clients. Monitor client accounts and proactively address any issues or concerns to ensure a positive client experience.
  • Strategic Planning: Create and implement strategic plans to meet sales targets and revenue objectives. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to guide strategic decision-making. Collaborate with internal teams to align sales and account management efforts with overarching business goals.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators such as sales pipeline, conversion rates, and client satisfaction metrics. Prepare regular reports and presentations to communicate progress, insights, and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in sales and customer-facing roles such as Client Success, Client Support, or Account Management.
  • Experience managing teams and working with senior and executive-level enterprise accounts.
  • Proven ability to maintain valuable and outcome-focused relationships with a diverse customer base.
  • Capability to plan and strategize in collaboration with clients and internal resources.
  • A persuasive and confident approach to sales and client management.
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and a true team player.
  • Excellent multitasking and project management abilities.
  • Well-organized with strong attention to detail and prioritization skills.
