POSITION SUMMARY
NBME is on the lookout for a Client Engagement Manager to join our Customer Success team. This role involves collaborating with medical institutions and health training programs, offering expertise in the effective use of assessment portfolios to enhance student learning outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of medical, STEM, or health professions education, assessment methodologies, and educational technology, along with a demonstrated history of successful stakeholder engagement and sales. A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience is required.
This position is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility in work arrangements, whether you prefer to work remotely, in a hybrid model, or onsite. We welcome candidates from various locations.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Act as a liaison between NBME and key stakeholders to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Conduct account management and sales activities to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve business objectives.
- Work collaboratively with various teams within NBME, including Outreach, Product Management, Marketing, and Customer Services, to address customer needs across our product and service offerings.
- Establish and nurture relationships with domestic and international medical schools and other vital stakeholders to inform Product Management about current and future service and product requirements.
- Willingness to travel to medical schools and conferences as necessary (approximately 10% of the time).
- Participate in quarterly in-office workdays and other meetings as required.
QUALIFICATIONS
Skills and Competencies

- Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Experience with Salesforce or CRM systems is advantageous.
Experience
- At least 3 years of experience engaging with diverse customer stakeholder groups, with a background in consultative sales or similar roles.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience utilizing data to identify market needs and trends to drive business activities and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with assessment methodologies and medical education is a plus.
Education
- A Bachelor's degree is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
