Key Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the Account Manager encompass, but are not limited to:

Account Management:
  • Oversee and manage specific client accounts and brands.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries with accurate information.
  • Develop project scopes, budgets, briefs, and success metrics.
  • Translate client requests into clear internal briefs, securing client approval at necessary stages.
  • Measure and report on project deliverables to ensure client satisfaction.
Project Management:
  • Establish and manage project timelines within the agency's project management system.
  • Oversee workflow to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Secure internal, client, and regulatory approvals on deliverables.
  • Maintain organized files in accordance with agency processes.
  • Ensure timely and accurate delivery of client projects.
  • Track project milestones and budgets, ensuring alignment with project plans.
  • Close out and bill projects following agency approval processes.
  • Identify and resolve issues promptly, involving higher management when necessary.
  • Monitor ongoing costs and provide accurate production quotations.
Collaboration and Communication:
  • Clearly delegate tasks to project team members, ensuring clarity in roles and responsibilities.
  • Lead status updates and client calls, providing regular progress reports.
  • Utilize templates for project communications and status reports to ensure consistency.
  • Prepare research and background information for briefs, pitches, and presentations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, production, and planning departments.
Continuous Improvement:
  • Engage in ongoing training and education programs to enhance professional skills.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations to identify improvement areas and promote continuous growth.
Qualifications

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience in medical, regulatory, and healthcare marketing is preferred.
  • Project Management certification is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
  • Familiarity with client regulatory systems and platforms.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Demonstrated ability to delegate tasks and oversee team members.
Work Environment

This role is primarily remote but may require occasional travel for client meetings and industry events. It necessitates extended periods of sitting, frequent computer use, and participation in virtual meetings that require clear speech and hearing. Candidates must maintain a quiet, ergonomic workspace with reliable internet access.
