Role Responsibilities
  • Establish and cultivate client relationships in a competitive marketplace.
  • Oversee the recruitment process from initial discussions to final offer acceptance.
  • Provide expert advice and propose tailored solutions for attracting top talent and managing a candidate database.
  • Evaluate and address the specific requirements of each client or assignment.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements and service rates.
  • Engage in networking to gather business intelligence that can be transformed into commercial prospects.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales-oriented role.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in client/customer interactions.
  • A strong interest in pursuing a career in sales or business development.
  • Driven by opportunities for career advancement, professional growth, and financial rewards.
  • Capable of working autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
