PNC Financial Services Group is seeking a skilled Relationship Banker to join our team. As a Relationship Banker, you will be responsible for acquiring and expanding share of wallet for mass affluent client segment and Business Banking opportunities under 1MM in sales revenue.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Acquisition: Proactively generate leads and appointments to acquire new clients and expand existing relationships.
- Business Development: Leverage knowledge of bank products and services to grow share of wallet and attract new mass affluent households.
- Ecosystem Leadership: Develop and maintain relationships with ecosystem partners, including PNCI, PNC Private Bank, Business Banking, and Mortgage, to identify and introduce clients to the best resources for their needs.
- Customer Experience Management: Deliver a differentiated client experience through advanced conversation skills, tailored solutions, and timely issue resolution.
- Collaboration: Work closely with branch staff, Branch Manager, and Business Banker to identify and pursue business opportunities and expand share of wallet with business clients.
- Customer Focus: Knowledgeable of customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions.
- Risk Management: Assess and effectively manage all risks associated with business objectives and activities to ensure adherence to PNC's Enterprise Risk Management Framework.
- Accountability: Demonstrated ability to take ownership of business results and hold self and others accountable for achieving goals.
- Banking Knowledge: Strong understanding of banking products and services, including mass affluent and business banking opportunities.
- Client Loyalty: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to effectively communicate with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 0-1 year of professional experience in a related field, or successful completion of a formal development program.
